Lou brings a wealth of experience in real estate development, communications, politics, and the media. Selected as Emerson Colleges Harry Truman Scholarship nominee, Lou has spent the last twenty years developing real estate properties throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In addition, he has become very instrumental in developing the ever burgeoning cannabis industry through his many contacts in government and related fields.

Bernardo joined Lynnway Associates in 2021 as an Associate, initially covering residential sales, rentals, and leasing functions. In a short period, Bernardo was working side by side with the CEO carrying out much-needed tasks from scheduling, marketing, and social media coverage leading to setting company goals and a course for growth. Mr. Sepulveda's background in the hotel industry served him and Lynnway Associates well as a "seasoned team player."
With a focus on "customer service," Bernardo's diligent efforts were rewarded by promotion to Sr Vice President and Partner. After leading the coordination and successful sell-out of the 18-unit condominium development known as 1133 North Shore Road, Revere, Bernardo earned and prepared himself to take on a more prominent role in directing the company's growth and goals.
Bernardo, a native of Columbia, is happily married to Eliana Sepulveda, Esq, who practices law focusing on Immigration and Family Law. Bernardo and Eliana are the proud parents of Tomas and Samuel and reside in Revere. Lynnway Associates is fortunate to have Bernardo as an integral part of the team.

ROSA DeCASTRO
Vice President/Partner
Rosa came to Lynnway Associates after a successful banking career spanning over 30 years.
Learning valuable customer service skills initiated as Bank Teller, Rosa rose through the ranks in various roles including Business Development Officer, Branch Manager then Vice President.
Recruited by Lynnway Associates to enhance an already "seasoned team," Rosa's focus is servicing Buyers and Sellers of residential and commercial real estate. Because of her diligent efforts and loyal customer base, many of her clients have followed her from banking to real estate, where she assists buyers and sellers throughout the home buying or selling process. Coupled with her years of service in banking, Rosa thoroughly understands the mortgage process, which adds tremendous value to her clients.
Her professional mannerisms have earned her the respect and gratitude of loyal clients and customers who became lifelong friends. Rosa is the proud Mom of two children, a grandmother who resides in Saugus with her husband, Wilson.

Marketing Coordinator
Joy Freeman works as the marketing coordinator for Lynnway Associates, a role she began as an intern her junior year at Emerson College. Her job entails posting on and maintaining the Lynnway Associates social media presence, as well as writing articles based on prior and future listings. Based in Boston, she also works as a multimedia journalist and publicist who specializes in music coverage. She received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a minor in Writing from Emerson College in 2021.

Seaport Landing 152 Lynnway Suite 3A (Lynn) is the "new home" for Lynnway
Associates Group, a real estate brokerage, consulting, and government
relations firm. More than 60 friends, colleagues, and business
associates helped Lynn native Lou Markakis cut the ribbon at their new
Lynnway office. During his short speech, Lou thanked Lynn City Council
President Jay Walsh, Lynn Ward 6 Councilor Fred Hogan, Lynn Ward 2 Councilor Rick Starbard, Taunton City Councilor and former Lynner John McCaul, Revere City Councilors Tony Zambuto, and Gerry Visconti, a current Revere mayoral candidate, and
Alex Rhalimi-Revere City Council candidate. Also in attendance were Lynn
City Council candidates Roger Garcia, owner of April's restaurant who
catered the event, and Don Castle, candidate for Lynn City Council.Blessed by 80+ degree temperatures, the afternoon opening was the culmination
of a real estate career that began in 1976 in California, then
Massachusetts in 1980. After spending the last five years working with
C21NorthEast as Lynnway Associates Group from a Revere office next to Revere City Hall,Lou and his partners, Bernardo Sepulveda (Sr VP/Partner) of Revere, and Rosa DeCastro (VP/Partner) from Saugus, decided to "make the move." After great success and a 5-year stint
affiliated with Century 21NE, the team has leased a beautiful penthouse suiteoverlooking the marina at Seaport Landing. Markakis stated," After knowing, working with, or servicing 55 of the 62 actual Lynnway stakeholders for the last 35 years, it made sense to return home to the Lynnway. We had a great run and were successfully working with a
first-class organization at C21NE, but it was the right time to return to my roots.We don't want to be the biggest, we just want to be "the best" at what we do!
The company's focus is real estate, residential and commercial sales, with a
track record of permitting difficult real estate projects through the
company's experience in government relations. Also stopping in to say
hello and sign books for the crowd was Celebrity Chef Johnny Ciao, who
